I speak a lot in public. I wanted to be able to up my game in speaking and to really speak from my heart and be authentic and be ok with telling your story, be genuine with it. Lisa Nichols gives you a lot of information on how to speak from your heart and all the other tips like body language etc... But the main thing is to be yourself while speaking
