Before this programme I thought I was a good communicator - Now I know merely a motivational speaker- even at that not an effective one. I had gone half way through the course when I realised I needed to start over again to make sure I imbibed every aspect of the learnings taking intentional actions and allowing the course to work through me and in me. 

The programme has made me take ownership of my story, I am no longer ashamed of my past failures and weaknesses and I am confident to share it now - being authentic is a massive takeaway for me so far. In addition, knowing the kind of speaker I currently am and I now have a clear understanding of the path to pave to become the kind of speaker I aspire to be - TRANSFORMATIONAL.
