My name is Viviana and I'm from Argentina. I joined this program as a result of a pilot program in my company, where I am a manager for cybersecurity services.
We had the opportunity to participate in 4 different programs this year with Mindvalley, and Lisa's was one of them. True story, I was hesitating at the beginning, since I don't often feel that oral communication was a key part of what I do.
I see now oral communication is just one way of communication, and we communicate at so many levels!
I'm thankful for all that I have received during this course. It's been challenging for me to try to keep up with the lessons during the last time, but I'm getting to the end and I think that all the techniques and recipes that Lisa has shared will help me find my own voice and speak my truth the way it needs to be shared.
I would really like to recommend this program, not only to people with an outgoing personality but to all of those who, like me, hold their thoughts because they think that they can't make a difference or will be misunderstood.
