3 things I did well during this course:
1)I´m proud of myself for opening myself to the feelings and defensive impulse/resistance that came up during some lessons and assignments.. that I let myself chew on them until I understood what it really was about.
2) I'm proud of posting my videos even when I was critical about myself and that I choose to accept myself anyway and let myself to be seen just like that
3) I'm proud of putting the new knowledge into practice in real life right away.

2 things to improve:
1) to stay focused on the certain assignment and have my priorities clear in it (to not overthink and to be more productive and healthy in action)
2) To keep my videos in the given length - this has been very difficult to do!
