"I went from afraid to be seen to 2.7 Million views and my first income from YouTube”

This Mastery really helped me with my fear of visibility. I didn’t have a lot of confidence in myself, and because I’m from Romania and not a native English speaker, it was hard for me to come up with scripts and to show what I did.

But if I can share my screen, I’m very happy to give back what I received — because I did a 90-day challenge, posting a video every single day. And it got me 2.7 million views.

I have a community called Empower Her, which is for women. I also have a podcast, and one of my podcast reels reached 1 million views, which was amazing! Altogether, I’ve got 2.5 million views in the last 90 days, and a lot of new followers have joined us.

We’ll hit 10K followers very soon, with around 100–200 new followers daily on Facebook — all organic, without any paid ads. People are truly engaging with the community.

I’m very happy to share these results because they’re built from emotional and authentic content: real, heartfelt reels and posts. One of our podcast videos hit 1 million views, and many others reached 300K, 500K, and beyond. The messages we get from the community show how much people connect with what we’re doing.

I also started taking things offline, organizing in-person events and that’s when I realized it’s not just about numbers or views. It’s about people showing up. It’s about community.

Sometimes our posts don’t get many likes, maybe 17 or so, but our events sell out in a single day. We’re fully booked every time.

On YouTube, I’ve even become a monetized creator; I’m earning around $600 since this summer. It’s not a huge amount, but for me it’s a big achievement.

We’re continuing to grow, refining formats, and building something meaningful. I’m just so happy to be out there, inspiring women to develop, grow, and come together.
