“After 25 years avoiding social media, I finally built a clear system to show up confidently and make my work visible”

After 25 years in leadership development, presenting to clients worldwide, a TEDx talk and directing a film on leadership, I still avoided social media.

I had convinced myself of stories I couldn't prove: my Argentinian accent wasn't "right" for short reels, my work was "too niche," I was "too late." I didn't understand what social media could mean for my brand and my business. I was apprehensive and, to be honest, also busy with my corporate work.

Having attended more courses and conferences than I can count, what made this rare is that it didn't just give concepts and theory. It gave practical tools, feedback and know-how. A truly rounded learning experience that leaves you knowing exactly what to do next is uncommon.
