The Unexpected Side Effect of Taking Too Many Mindvalley Quests
Dear Vishen and the Mindvalley Team,
If you’d told me years ago—back when I first started speaking light language and laughing because it sounded like cosmic gibberish—that I’d still be on the Mindvalley platform years later, using what I’d learned to help write a bestselling book… I probably would’ve saged you on the spot.
Yet here we are.
Back in April, I decided to turn my little corner of the internet—Podcast Babes—into a living laboratory of transformation. Every month, we’d tackle a new 30-day challenge inspired by the quests that had shaped me.
We started with Mindset, my favorite mash-up of Mindvalley’s greatest hits: the truth-bombs of Marisa Peer, the electric faith of Florencia Andrés, the soul science of Michael Beckwith, Ken Honda’s calm prosperity, and of course, Vishen’s gentle reminder to bend reality instead of letting it bend us. It was like serving a smoothie made of every “aha!” moment I’ve ever had—nutrient-dense and occasionally messy.
By May we were feeling fearless, so I dove into Social Media Mastery. And let me tell you, I had opinions about algorithms before that quest. But suddenly I was teaching and breaking down formats, performance drivers, and hooks like a proud marketing nerd with glitter in her aura. The results? Our content stopped whispering and started singing.
June arrived with a bang (and a Captain America shield, but more on that in a minute). I began teaching John Lee’s Seven-Figure Creator lessons—because if there’s one thing the universe loves, it’s when spiritual women learn content creation. Our community started thinking bigger, showing up louder, and owning their expertise like pros.
Then came July and the AI Amplifier. I went full Tony Stark-meets-Priestess mode—using AI tools to build content systems, automate workflows, and give structure to our intuition. Technology stopped feeling like the enemy of energy and started feeling like its megaphone.
All this momentum sparked an outrageous idea: What if we wrote a book together?
So we did.
We poured every insight from those quests into the process—clarity from Mindset, storytelling from Social Media Mastery, strategy from Seven-Figure Creator, and tech wizardry from AI Amplifier. Meanwhile, I joined Speak & Influence Mastery to prep us for launch day, secretly practicing my “confident-but-not-terrified” voice in the mirror.
And on October 18, it happened: our book, Turning Pain Into Her Power, hit #1 bestseller not only in the United States but also in Canada, the UK, and Australia. I almost dropped my crystal when I realized we’d ranked above Brendan Kane, one of the mentors whose work had inspired me in the first place.
Since that day, the ripple has been unstoppable. Readers keep messaging us to say they’ve shared the book with friends and family. Podcast Babes are being interviewed in new publications. Every ping of my inbox feels like another affirmation: transformation isn’t something you finish; it’s something you pass on.
And that’s really why I wanted to write you this—because Mindvalley has been the silent partner in every single breakthrough.
Social Media Mastery gave me a voice.
Seven-Figure Creator gave me the structure.
AI Amplifier gave me the scale.
And all of it together gave me the confidence to say yes to the next chapter.
I’m endlessly grateful for what you’ve built. You don’t just teach information; you activate people. You made it possible for one woman who once whispered to the universe in light language to build a global community that now speaks possibility fluently.
And if I’m honest, one of my biggest dreams is to stand on a Mindvalley stage someday, or to create my own platform where women turn their mess into their message—and maybe invite Vishen to come teach a class or two. (A girl can visualize, right?)
Thank you for showing me that transformation can be equal parts laughter, spreadsheets, and divine timing. Because of Mindvalley, I don’t chase miracles anymore.
I collaborate with them.
With love and light,
Catherine Veronica Kinsley
