My goal is to become a healthier, happier person with the ability to use my talents to help others in the healing process. I am a therapist, and believe in the holistic methods of recovery. The program is great. They explained everything and then had wonderful meditations at the end. I am still using the meditations. You have given me a new way to reach the ultimate state of relaxation.

I would absolutely recommend this to someone who is in the process of self-actualization.
