Before this program, for the last 3 years I have felt the importance of meditation but have tried different ways to meditate but never found the right fit for me. I am an efficient person with owning several businesses and just my life in general, efficiency enhances my life. Vishen Silva Ultramind Program intrigued me from the start. Even though I just started I can feel the difference and quickness in the level of deepness I could feel with this system and his calming guidance. I love his tips on not beating yourself up too.
