Before this quest, I was searching for a purpose in life. I was doing yoga and meditation and kept seeing Vishen talking about the Silva method. I took a Masterclass that led me to Silva Ultramind Quest. 

The amazing journey opened my eyes to all the magic in my life. Learning to relax and center allowed me to sleep better. I have gained answers from the mental videos.
