I read The Code of Extraordinary Mind, and it changed my perspective on how I look at many things in the world, I started questioning some of my belief and analyze myself much more. This quest allowed me to grew exponentially my spirituality and mental awareness. I understood how important is the role of the mind in our life. Thanks to this quest I managed to get better alignment with my inner soul and on what I want to accomplish in the future, what is more, important for me is that I learned a useful technique which I can perform every day to align myself to my true goals and this why and how I want to incorporate Silva into my daily life.
