Before this program I would get really nervous when I had to deal with difficult people in my life.
After learning the 3-2–1 method, I was able to apply that when in the midst of a confrontation and mentally take myself away to the peaceful scene in step number two where your mind completely relaxes and it just fills me with joy and Now I am able to be in those stressful, heated situations but instead of being fearful or nervous or uncertain, I am at peace and centered and even joyful because it just slows everything down and I am able to recall all of God’s promises of protection and provision and love for my life.
