"The tools we learned are so easy but yet so effective"

This quest is amazing. I already had a meditation practice with the 6 Phase Meditation. 
With the Silva technique I could absolutely deepen this practice. But this is only one of the many benefits it got from this quest. 
The tools we learned are so easy but yet so effective. Now it is so much fun to create and visualize. And also apply those techniques to assist other persons.
 So all in all, this quest really deepened all my practices I already had and expanded them in so many ways.
