Before this program due to lockdown life was feeling so stressful as I am swimming coach n can't coach n this is my peak season thanks to this program the following things changed immediately- 1. I did mental video technique for guidance for my career n received guidance to restart my YouTube channel. Which I did n feeling fulfilled n gratitude. 2. I was feeling really overwhelmed due to added home chores during lockdown, I did 3 scenes technique once n hubby came to help without asking n magically kids also keeping house clean. 3. One crazy thing happened with my best friend as suddenly she also restarted her YouTube channel which she stopped doing 2 yrs ago n now she's growing like she never stopped. My kids are also staying happy n calm n when they are not I just do 3 scenes technique n like magic wand everything becomes calm n serene. Thanks Mindvalley for this Method n bringing peace to my life.
