Before this program I was depressed and had high anxiety and felt lost. I was stagnant in my life and didn't know what I should do next. This program has helped me significantly change myself and my life and the lives of my family. Each time I check off one of my goals and see changes in the areas of my life that I asked for help with I am so unbelievably grateful! I cried tears of absolute joy just the other day when I realized I got exactly what I asked for. I asked to become closer with my kids and enjoy our time together with no fighting and arguing. And I am so proud to say that's exactly what is happening. We are having more heart to heart talks and I can feel our bond growing stronger. If this is the only change that has happened due to the program, I'd be completely satisfied. But it isn't!
