Before this program I was depressed and had high anxiety and felt lost. I was stagnant in my life and didn't know what I should do next. This program has helped me significantly change myself and my life and the lives of my family. Each time I check off one of my goals and see changes in the areas of my life that I asked for help with I am so unbelievably grateful! I cried tears of absolute joy just the other day when I realized I got exactly what I asked for. I asked to become closer with my kids and enjoy our time together with no fighting and arguing. And I am so proud to say that's exactly what is happening. We are having more heart to heart talks and I can feel our bond growing stronger. If this is the only change that has happened due to the program, I'd be completely satisfied. But it isn't! Numerous things have changed for the better and I have no doubt things will continue to change for the better and I will have to life I've always wanted. Thank you so much!!
