Before this program, I would always seek holistic healing from many great teachers such as Caroline Myss, book: "Anatomy of the Spirit", Deepak Chopra's 21 days of Abundance and many others... including studying Holistic Nutrition and yoga. 

Many thanks to this program, The Silva Ultramind System, with Vishen's incredible guidance was another venue for me to continue on this holistic path, and now, my life has improved and opened to more modalities of healing and continuing with more Mind Valley Quests.
