Before the program: I was in a space of desperation, and also restlessness. In addition, I was not consistent in anything. This is the first time I have completed a course from start to finish. So it in itself is quite extraordinary!
After the course- I feel accomplished. I saw a huge shift in the actions that I have taken. I have seen the segment intending part of the meditation come though. My intuition sometimes almost surprises me.
I was suffering from an Achilles Tendon tear and I have been able to now take deliberate action towards recovery and Silva method has helped me in healing the pain. In these unprecedented times, I have helped my loved ones take incredible life decisions and have stood by them as support. I was a stress eater and now I am a more mindful eater and have successfully embarked on the journey of intermittent fasting.
This has been incredible for me. I am excited about now continuing in additional quest programs. Thanks, Mindvalley and Vishen !
