Back in the early 70's - 1971/72 , I completed the original Silva Mind Control Program in Morris PLains, NJ, The instructor at that time was a young trainer, Jay Silverman, who himself had just graduated the Silva Trainer Program and this was his 1st group of trainees - about 20-30 people. He taught the 3,2,1 relaxation method, 10-1 deep relaxation technique,safe room & assistant creation, and the peg method for remembering lists up to 100+ line items.
Pretty impressive stuff at the time. Hoping to see how his methods have evolved over the decade - almost 5 - since I took the course. Also would like to inquire about the Lifetime Guarantee that Silva offered at the time that promised students who had completed the Program would be able to take it again at no cost. Maybe we could address that now or at some future date? I quickly released as soon as I visualized a theater stage were the 3's. 2's, 1's moved from Stage Left to Stage Right as they had done so many years before.
