I received a greater sense of awareness. I am much calmer now and am now able to notice things that I have never noticed before. The Mental-Video Technique really helped me in many areas of my life. I have received many great complements in my oral presentations which can be attributed to my ability to visualize the presentation before it happens. I have also used this technique in golf and kung-fu. Ever since then, it has helped me in becoming better at my game and master my techniques
