"It has changed my life in so many ways and made it better"

I just completed the initial segment of the quest. I graduated from Silva Mind Control in 1969 at the age of 18 so it has been a while but the first session was like going back to visit and old friend. The 3 to 1 countdown is a little different than the way Jose did it back in those early days but I can see why the changes were made and the flow is much better. I am truly looking forward to upgrading my MC training. This was a real treat. I encourage anyone to do this. It has changed my life in so many ways and made it better. Through the years I have taught friends to do this method to meditate because so often I was told they couldn't meditate. It usually amazes them. I have encourage countless people through the years to try the Silva course. I love the changes in the Ultra course and can't wait to move forward.
