I am at the very beginning of this program. I have dabbled with yoga, meditation, prayer, on and off much of my life. I have come to realize that I really want to go deeper and stop just dabbling. I want to learn to stay centered in all situations and be able to influence with positivity the energy flow around me. I have only done a few days of the program but am excited to continue as it seems as Mindvalley is has so many areas and opportunities to explore and grow! I actually remember taking a brief silva mind control class with a small group when I was in high school (in the 70s). I didn't remember very much from it except an overall impression that I enjoyed the way it made me feel. So as I'm just beginning this program, it feels like an old familiar place.
