Before this program I was spiritual and felt energy, but wasn't quite sure as to how to apply it to help myself and others. I started using the Silva techniques learned in this class to my father's heart. He has had a lot of heart issues this year, including an irregular heart beat. They've been testing him to see which type of intervention might be needed. Every night I envision his heart healing and pumping normally, and today he told me he had a test and his heart beat is now completely normal!
