"I no longer have any desire to smoke - as if I had never even smoked before"

I was a big smoker for ten years, smoking at least a pack a day. 
I programmed for one month. On the morning of the pre-appointed day, I picked up my

usual cup of coffee and cigarette and put it down. 
I broke the cigarette in half, putting it into a clean ashtray. I am proud of myself and can say that I no longer have any desire to smoke - as if I had never even smoked before.
