I just started the program today and I'm writing this right after the short relaxation exercise. I have been practicing Yoga and short meditation for quite a while, hence getting in to alpha level of mind is not so hard for me. I'm feeling relaxed and good after this exercise. I admire Vishen on the clarity on what he and the audience are intended to. I'm counting this program as a game changer. Though I have been practicing Yoga and meditation, I still think that I have a long way to go to achieve the eventual state. I believe that this program is going to give me that and anyway I'm going to try practicing both traditional and modern western dynamic meditation to consciously get me in to everything that I do. I'm more of looking in to healing others with the hidden natural power that I/everyone of us have for our wellbeing. I heard that in ancient days and even in modern days people having ESP which I always though that it comes by birth, but now I'm hopeful and looking forward to get it practiced by my own. I'm quite excited and looking forward. Thanks Mindvalley !!!
