I started this quest about a month later. Today was the first relaxation exercise. So I do not have story to share yet. I joined this program to overcome anxiety and nervousness when I speak/perform in front of audience and become poised and embodied speaker. I sense this program to be very effective. I look forward to share my story when I complete.
