Before I started this program I was at the beginner stage of meditation and mindfulness. I had a basic understanding and was able to focus for some time; however, since completing The Silva Ultramind System with Vishen Lakhiani, I have noticed immense changes within. I have become stronger in my focus, whenever I want to relax, I am able to easily close my eyes and do the mental technique by 3, 2, 1 and my whole body just relaxes and I am centred. I have now begun the journey and will continue to complete my 50 cases to strengthen the skills I have learned.
