"I have achieved a level of peace and awareness I’ve never experienced before and can tap into this with ease"

When I started this Quest, I wrote that I wanted to have clarity on what actions to take so I could move through life with ease and confidence while achieving my goals. We’re currently living through a pandemic, so change and uncertainty are ever present. I knew that I would be returning to work and I wanted to be sure I was prepared for whatever was to come whilst maintaining some of the space and freedom that the quarantine has afforded me. I wasn’t sure what to expect from the course but I felt compelled to join and I’m so glad I did! I have achieved a level of peace and awareness I’ve never experienced before and can tap into this with ease. The results I’ve seen for my creative practice and my role in supporting people with learning disabilities have been incredible as ideas and inspiration flow so easily. Ideas keep coming either during meditation or in the moment while I’m working and I‘m finding creative solutions and ways to adapt what I’m doing all the time. Perhaps the most unexpected but satisfying breakthrough was ending a nine year writer’s block! I’ve had this story in the back of my mind since 2011 and no matter how much space I gave it, or concerted effort I put into it, I’ve not been able to find a satisfying ending - until now! It came to me out of the blue in meditation (some time after asking for help with it) and the level of detail I received allowed me to finish it with ease and I am so grateful for this. I think anyone could benefit from the teachings in this course and perhaps, like me, in ways you wouldn’t even expect. The final week was worth the entry fee alone as you get to see the potential of your mind put into practice. I found myself either in a state of open-mouthed-awe or laughing in disbelief at my own abilities! I won’t ruin the surprise but I’m still blown away by the results here.
