Hi all, it's my day 1, I've missed few days, but catching up now. I feel energised and grateful, the guidance is clear, professional, looking forward to learn more.
Before this program, I've meditated periodically, often hour or 2 a day. But often having difficulties. When the task was a moving meditation, I could not concentrate, had too many thoughts, felt distracted. When it was a static body scan or I had to think on chakras etc, I felt asleep instead. The say "calm mind is a creative mind" or something like this. I knew I need to work on my subconscious, programming, few "projects" (problems) to solve as a first step This Quest gives us a guidance with that too, I am so grateful!
For years am thinking of getting a hypnotherapist, or a private tutor, mentor. Now I can learn and practice how to embody myself too , and keep the habit of consistency. Am very excited to learn and achieve more, for the good of myself and collectively to share the goodness further. Wishing you all an amazing time with the Quest, Lucia, UK
