Before this program, I've meditated periodically, often hour or 2 a day. But often having difficulties. When the task was a moving meditation, I could not concentrate, had too many thoughts, felt distracted. When it was a static body scan or I had to think on chakras etc, I felt asleep instead. The say "calm mind is a creative mind" or something like this. I knew I need to work on my subconscious, programming, few "projects" (problems) to solve as a first step This Quest gives us a guidance with that too, I am so grateful!
For years am thinking of getting a hypnotherapist, or a private tutor, mentor. Now I can learn and practice how to embody myself too , and keep the habit of consistency.
