I envisioned my ideal job

I learned about Silva Life System at the start of 2014. I loved my work but my Boss was a sick lady and made life very difficult for me. Using what I was learning, I envisioned my ideal job, working environment and then handed in my resignation. Three months later, I got a phone call from my ex boss, inviting me to apply for my present position in the city of Philadelphia. She told her supervisors, that I was the only one she knew who could do what was being asked, so she was asked to call me and let me know who I should contact if interested. I got the position and the freedom to respond to whatever was needed in line with my gifts and personality. I have been sharing my learnings with anyone and everyone who wishes to grow. Now, it is time to move on. I have had several career changes over the years starting out as a teacher in the parochial school system, a principal for 8 years, a Missioner in Guatemala, care-giver for my parents, Hispanic Ministry stateside for almost 20 years. I have some health issues, HBP and arthritis, that I need to work on, so that I can continue to serve and make a difference. I have all the tools that I need, but lack the disciplines to do so. I have always believed that everything we have is gift and as such, is meant to be shared. I am a Catholic Franciscan Sister for over 50years, originally from Ireland. I do need to be held ACCOUNTABLE!
