I practice daily meditation and yoga to calm my mind and stay focused on the present moment. I have felt a need to do a deeper level of meditation. I discovered this program and am excited about the journey. I’ve recently ended a job and IT career, got married and relocated to Florida from Canada. I can’t wait to see what this next chapter brings.
