One of my dear friends suggested I take this quest. I jumped in with both feet and signed up for the unlimited option. Before taking this quest, I would become frazzled very easily, I had blocks trusting my intuition and I would often catastrophize situations in my head which then fed into the cycle of feeling overwhelmed and frazzled. Not fun. After this course, I find my focus is razor sharp, I am completing all my patient paperwork before I get home which has given me back hours in my day. I also find it so much easier to pause, access, and respond to situations which has eliminated feelings of being overwhelmed. I find my intuition is sharpening each day, I can tap into the universe for creative solutions using the different techniques taught in this course. I am thankful for the investment I made in Mindvalley and I am looking forward to taking more classes.
