I started my first quest on Mindvalley - The Silva Ultramind Method, because Vishen caught my attention on FB talking about Jose Silva.
I remembered studying The Siva Method almost 3 decades ago back in my home country of Slovakia. I found my training book and the certificate I received at the end of the training. I remember the relaxation, projection and healing exercises. I was only 16, and I loved the experience. I know my main goal was to help my mom heal. She developed a cyst on her throat, and she really did not want to have a surgery, and I remember teaching her and performing the healing on her.
As I am studying the Silva Ultramind, there are some techniques that feel so familiar. It's like being home. I definitely feel some cell recognition. My body dives into the alpha state and can relax easily and it feels so refreshing. I stopped practicing it intentionally - for whatever reason it got pushed aside as I got distracted by life, and I am so grateful to re-discover and reconnect with it. I can't wait to see how much further I can develop my intuition and healing skills now that I am intentionally and consciously choosing to practice and apply this knowledge.
