"I am ready to take back my life and heal my body so I can continue to enjoy outdoor activities and focus on sculptures"

Struggling with a lot of body pain, particularly in my back and down to my feet which makes walking painful. I’ve injured myself over the years with the heavy lifting in landscaping and in the construction of large sculptures. 
I am ready to take back my life and heal my body so I can continue to enjoy outdoor activities and focus on sculptures. 
My 3-year goal is to hike a specific portion of the Long Trail in VT.
