I was in Mexico doing an insect collection for my university back in the 70’s and I met a woman who talked about Silva Mind Control. I took a Silva program after that but never practiced or did anything with it. Fast forward to now and I am so excited to be revisiting this brain work knowing what I have learned through life and my journey and all the personal growth I’ve done. To circle back now and delve into theta and delta brainwaves is so inspiring. When Mindvalley came across my screen talking about Silva I was jolted in my seat.
