Before I began this program I had tried to teach myself meditation through books and self experimentation. There was some benefit, but I could never stick with the practice for very long.
Because of this program I now have a set meditation practice I can stick to, I have had great success manifesting my dreams, and my reactivity to stress and disorder is way down. Now in my life I am more peaceful, and I can see and feel the benefit of my daily practice in almost everything I do.
