Although I have meditated all my life, I did not think to apply the energy of it to myself in terms of healing. When Vishen mentioned using alpha to clear skin problems, I thought to use any itch from a rash that I have as a time to stop and relax and allow alpha to wash over me especially over the rash area. It does seem to help so far the itching is much reduced. I have also had guides tell me things all my life. Friends who learned that I was so guided often asked me why I did not seek that guidance all the time. I felt that would be relying on something slavishly...I see people who can not do anything without throwing the I Ching and I did not want to be like that. I am looking forward to allowing that guidance to more frequently enhance my ability to help others as I have a number of activities that allow me that service.
