I first listened about the Silva Method 8 years ago but didn't follow thru, just included something that I say to my kids before going to sleep so that they stay in good health, and the haver. a couple of months ago I found the method in audible and listen to it, then I find this while studying Lifebook... I thought that it wasn't a coincidence but faith. I am in a moment in my life were everything is changing and I think/hope this course will be a great break through.
