Today is day 1 of my Silva Ultramind System Masterclass. This is a big step for me because I have practiced meditation (primarily TM but also Sahaj Samadhi et.al) for 40+ years. I also have taught over 100 people to meditate (I was trained by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi as a TM teacher in 1975 on my 19th birthday). Maharishi told us to not "dabble" in other meditation techniques but he specifically singled out a couple of practices that were popular at the time (EST and what at that time was called Silva Mind Control, were two that I remember). Although I have had great experiences and growth in consciousness from my TM practice, my life accomplishments are nowhere near what I envisioned for myself. I am hopeful that this Silva Ultramind System Masterclass will be the key to changing that.
