Before the program I’ve been struggling with locked emotions. Problems with my ex-husband. Lack of effective communication with my parents because of cultural restrictions. The love of my life not wanting a relationship.
The Silva Ultramind program helped me change my life around and by that I mean I changed from the inside. I was able to unlock a lot of resentment and anger I was holding on to .. I was able to let go of my fears.
The fear didn’t vanish but it is no longer stopping me from doing what I want or need to do .. right now, my love is back in my life and we are working through stuff together.
My parents know where I stand and working with it.
My ex-husband is more appreciative of the things I’ve been doing for the kids and as a co-parent.
There is a lot I can’t explain about the change that happened to me. But I feel like I am a totally better person than I was when I started. I’m amazed by everything.
The pictures I included were before and after. The red dress was before and the one that I’m looking away was closer to the end of the program.
I am happier, healthier and just full-on amazed by the change in my life. I have things to work on but now I have the tools to do so.
