Before the Ultramind class, I had a Silva program before and half-heartedly at most.
Going through motions but still going through each lesson and exercise.
One day I got some idea/info about something negative that would happen to family member. After that I stopped maybe due to religious upbringing or scared of what could be possible.
Years later after the outcome, I am taking this class a realizing that we have and can train these skills like muscles.
Today was my first attempt with a case other than my family.
Before going to level I pictured the person, saying the name as well. Once there I could feel myself getting uncomfortable and continued through with the body scan tech. I almost immediately saw a spot on the left shoulder and the lower right leg. Feeling like it was a guess, I scanned for another moment the and again almost immediately saw a small spot on the head. I will be continuing my practice because this can help some many people. I am grateful that I have given this another chance to deepen my spiritual practice even more so.

Medical Diagnosis (if known) Fractured discs in vertebrae. Stroke in 2015. Arthritis in shoulder and back. Cataracts in both eyes.

Use lay terminology only; no medical terminology in this section Memory loss and needs a walker since he’s a fall risk. Arthritis causes pain and swelling in his feet and his upper torso. Hands are shaky and cannot use them for smaller items. In pain almost daily, back pain. His eye color was dark brown but has now changed to a light hazel because of cataracts in both eyes. Past Operations/Accidents (with approximate dates if known, month/year is fine) Brain tumor removed in 2014. Two separate hip surgeries one on December 25, 2020, last hip surgery Feb 9, 2021.. Car accident in 2015 he flipped his vehicle and had no seat belt on at the time.
May have back injuries from that accident. Dominant Personality Characteristics Sociable, likes to tease, witty and funny to listen to, charming, hard worker. A busy body if he wasn’t in pain he’d be on the go. Couldn’t sit still until his recent hip surgeries. Loves coffee and cake daily. General Description: height (ft./in.), weight (lbs.), eye color, hair color, complexion, glasses?, smoker?, occupation 5’11”, 165lbs, brown eyes, black/brown hair, medium complexion, always wore glasses and always smoked since he was younger. Retired brick layer / Masonry, business owner, and Veteran / Airborne. Any other Relevant Information not listed above Playful and likes to laugh and make others laugh by his quick witted jokes. Loving father and tough man. Has endurance that doesn’t come to often anymore. Rarely complains of pain but I can see that he is hurting.
Wanting him to move in with me in our new home so I can care for him properly and lovingly in his last years. Thank you for all the prayers and healing sent for him.
