The reason I enrolled in the Silva Ultramind system was that I wanted to deepen my connection to my intuition and further explore the neurobiology of thought. I am a practicing Physician Assistant and a doctorate in Global Public Health, and I have always felt divinely guided in my work. While I am a full time executive advocating for health system change around the world, I continue to practice part time with vulnerable populations and seek to make a bigger impact on both the care that I deliver and the communities that I serve. Harnessing my intuition through the mental video technique, the three scenes technique and the centering exercises has taught me to better understand and trust the clues that I am given while quieting my busy and active mind. As an academically trained clinician, it is refreshing to have scientific validation from evidence as Dr Braud demonstrated within his work. Trust has been a central theme for me over the last couple of years and while my deepest understanding for my life purpose and impact is still being revealed, using the Silva system has allowed me to rest in the uncertainty and enjoy the daily moments of magic. My biggest positive changes have been the commitment to journaling that magic and carving me-time out in the early mornings to practice. Prior to entering the course, I did not journal consistently as I had anxieties about not completing the task well and not being perfect if I missed a day. Resting in my intuition has allowed me to simply observe without judgement and allow my ideas and thoughts to flow. Centering myself in the early mornings and dedicating isolated time to this work before my 2 kids and my husband are awake has created a sacred space for me to enjoy and explore the divine signals I am given and learn how to be a better observer to recognize these gifts of guidance. Thank you Vishen for your deep commitment to Jose Silva and his work and for relentlessly sharing his system with the world. I am deeply grateful to now have these tools and enhanced knowledge and look forward to continuing to expand and explore my own gifts by using this method well into the future.
