Since taking the Silva Ultramind class, I've had several occurrences that made me pause and say "this works".
The first happened soon after taking the class. I've been having chronic lower back pain for some time. When I got up in the morning I would roll out of bed and carefully put my feet on the floor. I didn't know what kind of pain I would have in my back that day but I knew that it was there every day. Then I decided to try what I learned in the class.
That night I went to bed at the usual time and counted down from three to my alpha level. At this point I pictured my lower back riddled with pain, then I imagined messaging my back to the point where there was no more discomfort and I could bend and twist without pain. I saw myself getting up the next morning free of pain and full of energy.
The next morning I woke up, rolled out of bed, and carefully put my feet on the floor. To my surprise when I stood up there was no discomfort. I also had what I call an extra bonus that day. I needed to work on a newsletter that I send out every month. It usually took me 2 - 3 days to research for material, get this letter typed, printed and in the mail. This day I couldn't believe the energy that I had and how focused I was on my work.
