I signed up for this quest to try RTHA on myself before I qualify as RTT therapist and add it to my practise.
The results far exceeded my expectations. I’ve done a great deal of work on my self worth and self love before but this quest helped me to really notice my value, my gifts and feel lovable. I stopped dimming my light and understood that if I have more I can help others more, there is enough abundance for everyone. I also learned to receive and accept not only give so now my life feels more in balance.
People within the quest were so supportive and loving that it helped me to understand that authenticity is more important than perfection- people love me for who I am and I love myself.
Now I feel so much more comfortable offering my services, I value my services more and within a week I attracted 3 new amazing clients.
I’ve learned to use my mind better and ‘choose what I want’ - I’ve done my longest run ever - 11km easily thinking about how much I enjoy it and how easy it is. I came back to a healthier version of me and I am more aware of what I eat and how much time I spend on exercising. I reduced coffee to one a day, reduced sugar, cakes etc and replaced them with healthy snacks, veg and fruit.
Marisa is an amazing teacher and coach, each lesson and each hypnosis brought some new deep breakthroughs and helped me to grow.
