I re listened to the free intro session on self esteem about 8 times so far and unearthed a lot of experiences from my early childhood which was a pretty traumatic one in some ways. That has been huge. I have the feeling that I have uprooted experiences which undermined me in fundamental ways. I already feel so different and am noticing my ability to make decisions differently in my daily life, particularly around dysfunctional relationships/ friendships/ situations etc. I’m NLP and hypnosis trained, so perhaps that helps thank you Marisa I adore your thinking and will probably want to go on and train to practice your technique ❤️?❤️
