The reason why I enrolled in this quest is because, even though I am awake and aware, my ego still 'plays tricks' on me and it is exhausting. I meditate, and self-educate but it appears that it is almost impossible to reprogram my SUBconscious and eliminate patterns for good. I have watched some youtube videos of Marissa Peers and became hopeful that hypnotherapy would be the answer for me.
