Yesterday was my second meditation creating Anandamide. I have felt small to moderate shifts every day. However, yesterday I was in such a state of flow that I wrote my next children’s book in one sitting. This could be the most powerful workshop I have ever experienced (and I have done many). Thank you , Dawson, for sharing this magic.
