"I notice a SIGNIFICANT increase in joy and flexibility within my life"

I thought I understood flow and the experience of flow in my professional and personal life. As a therapist, artist and business owner, I found flow experiences to come easily. In my personal life, I felt more distracted. My to-do list never seemed to get done. I was lacking motivation for my own self-care. I was experiencing a dimming in my creativity and art making.
Mystic Brain was so much more than meditating for the benefit of pleasure responses in the body. I did not realize I was going to be launched into an entirely new level of self love, productivity, and creativity! Dawson Church offers a precise blend of information with the meditation. I love understanding the integration of the mind and body to reach and enhance flow states. WOW! It was A-MAZ-ING!
Oh, the benefits of Mystic Brain... So many to note and some I can't even put into words. My productivity went through the roof! Not only did I have more energy, I was interested and motivated to get tasks completed on my to-do list. This has to be the greatest, most notable impact on my life. Half completed projects were getting done! It was wonderful!
My creativity was reignited! I'm extremely visual and the mediations offered so many connections that I see in everyday life as well as can refer to when desiring a specific pleasure molecule. I had such strong visual experiences through ALL the meditations. I made art every day of the quest.
I notice a SIGNIFICANT increase in joy and flexibility within my life. I always thought of myself as a pretty happy person. I thought I had a healthy relationship with my inner champion and inner critic... I've been up-leveled! And that's an understatement, for sure. I noticed the changes within the manner I speak to my children and interact with their squabbles, negotiating tendencies and overall chaos with flexibility. I was excited to mediate and even woke early, before my alarm clock because I couldn't wait for the next mediation. It's important to note - I was NOT a morning person, I was more like a bear, before the quest. Morning routines became much smoother with 2 elementary school kiddos that have diagnosed ADHD. I did adjust the meditation time for me to after the kids went to school since they started to wake earlier, too. I also found time to create, cook, and get to the gym. Overall, I felt a sense of accomplishment at the end of each day.
By far, one of the most impactful quests on my everyday life!
