"The journey has been very healing"

The journey has been very healing. In terms of being in a receptive mode, and being accepting of the reception, to separating myself from the traumas that have been passed on from generations, and being able to forgive and understand that I don’t need to carry that forward, has been a huge relief. I loved to hear Ken’s warm and loving voice every morning!
