During the meditation I had an incredible vision of my brother and dog, both passed, assisting me with taking the negative ball which became a yellow tennis ball, my dog's favorite, to the river and tossing it away. Then they appeared with a brand new ball full of positive energy. It was amazing and quite beautiful. Arigato.
