"I am becoming more aware of self-control and I learn to apply that."

The realization that I have a lot more control as I thought started in 2004 when I became aware that I have control over what I put into my body, so I managed to quit smoking. Since then I am becoming more aware of self-control and I learn to apply that. Last year I learned about the NO I, there is no I, and that was mind blowing and a great relief to me. At Mindvalley I have also experienced many eye openers. Recently the Money EQ from Ken Honda which gave me a lot of insights about money and wealth. It is nice to learn more and more about my options in this way.
